COVID-19 Surge

We are once again experiencing a surge in COVID-19 cases across the region.  Free COVID-19 testing remains available at all three clinic locations.  Expanded drive-through options are currently available at our main clinic and West Side locations.  We are encouraging all patients to temporarily use our telehealth option at this time for scheduled appointments.  For more information call the clinic at 304-414-5930.
