Ingredients:
1 Ultra-Thin Personal Pizza Crust
1/3 C. Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese
4 T. Pizza Sauce or Marinara
Sprinkle of Italian Seasoning
Optional: Crushed Red Pepper, Turkey Pepperoni, Chicken Chorizo Sausage, or Italian Seasoned Ground Beef/Turkey
Red: 1 ½ T. Diced Tomato
Orange: 1 T. Orange Pepper
Yellow: ½ T. Yellow Pepper
Green: 1 Large Leaf of Spinach
Purple: 1 t. Purple Onion
Brown: ½ t. Mushroom
Black: 2 Leaves of Fresh Basil
Directions:
1. Line baking sheet with parchment and preheat oven to 450 degrees.
2. Place the crust on parchment and spray the edge of crust with olive oil.
3. Top with sauce and cheese leaving the edge bare.
4. Starting from the outside edge inward, spread the ingredients in rings starting with red.
5. Sprinkle Italian seasonings around edge of crust.
6. Bake for 5-7 minutes.
