Health Right provides a wide range of testing and screening services:
Patients will receive a postcard with lab test results in 5-7 days after their lab work. The postcard will indicate what to do next, such as come to the pharmacy for medicine or call to schedule an appointment to talk with a provider. WV Health Right cannot give lab results over the phone.
You should receive notification of your results within 30 days. IF YOU DO NOT hear from the clinic, call the appointment desk to schedule a follow-up appointment (304-414-5930) for review of your results. Allow the team 24 hours to return your call before calling again. Please allow 30 days to receive your results before calling as some tests take longer to get results.
