Ingredients
- 2 oz. shredded Italian cheese
- 1/2 chicken breast (trimmed)
- 2 t. olive oil (divided)
- Dash of turmeric
- 1/8 t. smoked paprika
- 1/8 t. garlic powder
- 1/8 t. onion powder
- 1/8 t. all-purpose seasoning or salt to taste
- Rainbow veggies (ex. red onion, bell peppers: yellow, orange, red)
Directions
- Pre-heat oven to 375°.
- Slice chicken breast about ¾ through and ½ inch apart. Be careful to not slice all the way through.
- Oil chicken breast with ½ the oil and season to taste.
- Slice veggies thinly and stuff into sliced part of the chicken.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until cooked thoroughly.
- Top with cheese and bake until melted.
