WV Health Right’s extensive family planning services are available for free to every person of childbearing age. 

We believe in our patients’ right to privacy and the ability to make fully-informed health care decisions. For this reason, all of our services are provided confidentially, and we always equip patients with the information they need in order to determine—and take—the path that’s best for them.

Birth Control

WV Health Right offers a range of birth control options free of charge to individuals ages 12 and older. Walk-ins for insertion of Nexplanon (a contraceptive implanted in the upper arm) are accepted daily, and an OB/GYN specialist is on-site once every month to provide IUDs by referral. We encourage patients to call ahead whenever possible.
