CommUNITY in Action
Launched in the spring of 2021 on Charleston’s West Side, our West Side Clinic and CommUNITY Wellness Center go above and beyond providing medical care. Not only does the clinic offer a full range of healthcare services, but it has also expanded to include a gym, teaching kitchen, child care services, food distribution center, and more. WV Health Right was out and about in the community last month, and we also welcomed many visitors through our doors!
Angie accepts a “We Love Our Community” award from the Charleston Area Alliance for “Best Redevelopment” for the West Side Clinic and CommUNITY Wellness Center.

Volunteer Opportunity
This year’s Remote Area Medical—RAM ® clinic is coming up fast—happening in Charleston from October 21st to 22nd! We’re still looking for volunteer dentists and ophthalmologists to offer services at this free, pop-up clinic.
